Experienced Trial Lawyer and Former Jefferson Parish Prosecutor Davidson S. Ehle III is a partner at Marino & Ehle, LLC and an experienced trial lawyer who has practiced law since 1993. He has successfully tried numerous criminal cases to verdict and obtained not-guilty verdicts in Jefferson, St. Tammany, and Orleans Parish courts. Criminal Defense and Appellate Experience Davidson represents clients throughout the criminal justice process, from investigation and trial through appellate review. Early in his career, Davidson served as director and author of the Louisiana Crime Laboratory Study, which compared crime laboratories in Louisiana, Virginia, and Florida and made recommendations concerning efficiency and coordination between laboratories and prosecuting agencies.
